Aditi Technologies: Is a worst interview conducted in Coimbatore (14/jan/2012). Many people wait until 4.30 pm because less interviewer availability and system availability for machine test. Interview conducted in following procedure. 1) Written test at 11:00 AM - First round 2) Written test at 4:00 PM - Second round 3) Machine Test - I don’t know which time it's conducted. (I thing midnight) 4) Technical Interview - 1 5) Technical Interview - 2 6) Management round 7) HR Round The machine test conducted as like training program, the interviewer sitting with candidates and he discuss more than 1 hour for each candidate. So, when the candidate completes the machine test think it... :) This is to waste the candidates time the main reason is more people come with LOP. Why these peoples waste the candidate time. Or arrange the schedule interview. One small calculation below Number of candidate attended the interview = 120 approx Average spent time for each candidate = 7 hrs = 120x7=840 workforce hours Therefore 840 hrs wasted time but selected only 2 candidates I think. So my suggestion to IT employees doesn’t go for walk-ins only accept the schedule interviews. This will save your time.
