About Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University
The Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University was established under the section 3 of the UGC Act 1956 vide notification no F.9.21/2000-U.3 Dated 20.6.2002 of the Govt. of India.

Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University was recently awarded an ISO 9001:2000 certification from the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and (JAS-ANZ).

This University offers MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BPT, MPT, B.Tech Biotechnology, M.Tech Biotechnology, MBA Courses.  

The University has well stocked library with large number of titles and regularly subscribes to numerous national and international newspapers, journals and magazines of interest to the students, well equipped Clinics and Laboratories,

Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University Admission 2012:-

The University conduct All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test (AIPGMET) & All India Post Graduate Dental Entrance Test (AIPGDET) for admission of MD/ MS & MDS Courses.

Last date of Registration : Up to 5 PM on 28th January 2012 And ( With Late Fees of Rs. 500/- up to 2nd February 2012 )

Date of Entrance Test : Monday , 6th February 2012

Time of Entrance Test : 10.00 AM to 1.30 PM.
