A few specialized photography institutes do offer fashion institutes but basic training in photography, formal or informal, is most important. A degree or diploma course or vocational training in photography would make it easier to enter the profession. Working with a fashion photographer would be ideal, if this is not possible then the options to work with art colleges, photography or fashion training institutions are popular places to work in for this profession.
