Skills & Education Required for Career as an Operations Manager
A graduate in any stream with a Post graduation in Managment with specialisation in Logistics or Operations Management.A working experience in the related fireld for at least 3 years.The following skills are required for an Operations Manager:
Ability to clearly follow processes and procedures, and make decisions.
Experience with a major CRM system.
Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs, which includes Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word application expertise.
Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy.
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to all audiences.
