b. OFFLINE fee payment through -
i. SBI Bank Challan Payment mode closes on 12.03.2018 at 13.00 Hrs in any branch of SBI.
ii. Post Office Challan Payment mode closes on 10.03.2018 at 13.00 Hrs in any branch of computerized Post Office.

Among the departments of the government there is no network as extensive and vast as that of Indian railways. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts examinations for various job openings. Various posts covered under Railway Recruitment 2013- Indian Railways normally conducts recruitments for Gazetted(Group A and B Officers) as well as Non Gazetted officers (Group C and D officers).

Gazetted Officer (Group A) - Group A officers of the railways are recruited by UPSC. Job recruitments for the posts in account services and traffic services are done through UPSC. Railway recruitment for engineering post in various engineering wings is done through Combined Engineering Service Examination (CESE). Special Class railway gazetted exam is conducted for mechanical jobs in railways. The rest of the enrollments are done through combined engineering examination.
Gazetted Officer (group B)-There are no specialized examinations for the Gazetted officers under group B which includes medical staff other technical posts in railways.
Non Gazetted Officer (Group C) - Group C consists mainly consists of promoted officers
Non Gazetted Officers (group D)-Recruitment for posts in Group D are done through railway recruitment board
