At the S. Y. Level, students have to opt the same ancillary subjects they opted at the first year. At the T. Y. level, students can specialize in any one of the ancillary Subjects they opted for at the F. Y. & S. Y. levels.
Note : Commerce Ancillary will be allowed, if the minimum required number of students are available as per University rules.

The Number of seats for each of the applied, component subject is fixed. If there are more applications for a particular subject then it will be granted on the basis of merit. The subject will be offered only if the minimum Number of students is available as per University Rules.

N.B. Choice of the group is subject to the availability of minimum number of students in the group as prescribed by the University and on merit. At the T.Y.B.A. Level for the Applied Component group (Paper VI & IX) the students have to work on a project, which is a part of each paper. The main paper will carry 80 marks and the project Report will carry 20 marks in order to pass in each paper i.e. Paper VI & IX, a student must secure a minimum of 16 marks out of 80 in theory and minimum of 7 marks out of 20 in the project work separately and a total of 35 marks out of 100.

About the College
The VES College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Degree College) was established in June 1979 with First Year Course in all three faculties. By now it has completed 30 years in all three faculties. The College building stands on the plot of land measuring 6000 sq. mts. & has a big playground. We offer courses leading to graduation degree in B. A., B. Com. & B. Sc. We also offer graduation in specialized subjects namely B. Sc. in Computer Science & B.Sc. in Biotechnology (Self-financing) & other self-financing degree courses namely Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Mass Media, Bachelor of Science-Information Technology & B.Com. (Banking and Insurance).
The Institute also introduced post-graduation courses namely M.Sc. Microbiology, M.Sc. Chemistry (Organic & Analytical) by papers & M.Com (Accountancy). Our Microbiology & Chemistry departments are also recognized for enrolling students for M.Sc. by research
