NSIT is located in outer area of Western Delhi. The parts around the campus are relatively under-developed. Although the upcoming houses/colonies in the Dwarka sectors will be ready for occupation in a few months, things could take time.

The NSIT campus is located in Dwarka, in South West Delhi. The campus is spread over 150 acres (0.61 km2). The campus has a separate Administrative building and Academic buildings for various departments. The campus has three boys' hostels and a girls' hostel.

Sports facilities present in campus include a football ground, cricket ground, table tennis rooms, gymnasium etc.The Delhi government has proposed a Science and Technology park at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology with the key objective being to 'establish Delhi as the hub of the knowledge industry'.
