I would suggest you first work for 1-2 years after b.tech and see what really interests you and then jump for post graduation.

Ans : To answer your question "is chemical engineering very tough and boring?" it all depends on your interests. If you have an interest towards the subject you will find it interesting and easy. Nothing is tough and boring if you have dedication and interest in the subject.

Ans : First take a B.tech in aeronautical engineering then M.tech in the same then you may apply for the training program at NASA
