Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET) was established in 1991. The institute awards its own certificates and Diplomas approved and recognized by AICTE, New Delhi. Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses are affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. Ph.D. programmes have also been started in collaboration with PTU and other neighboring Universities.
