Admission Procedure:- The admission of students to B.E. courses right from notification to the selection of candidates is made by the Competent Authority for Entrance Examinations (CAEE), an agency constituted by the J&K State Government. The institution admits only those students whose names figure in the list of selected candidates issued by the Competent Authority. The management however selects students under the NRI/NRI sponsored/other quota seats as per the regulations prescribed by the AICTE and State Government.

Ans : It all depends upon ur interest. If u r interested in pursuing higher education after your Btech the options are M Tech , MCA, if u r good in programming and want to work in IT sector else do a MBA if u want to pursue a career in Management.. I would advise u to work after ur BE for atleast 2 -3 yrs. and then do a full time or part time MBA.

Q : is chemical engineering very tough and boring?

Ans : To answer your question "is chemical engineering very tough and boring?" it all depends on your interests. If you have an interest towards the subject you will find it interesting and easy. Nothing is tough and boring if you have dedication and interest in the subject.

Q : i am going to complete (BSc honors) in chemistry .i wanna know about the colleges offerinf MSc. , MTech in chemistry and what is the eligiblity criteria.......

Ans : Maulik, u can do engineering in any stream but the scores should be a minimum of 60%. But preferred streams would be electronics or computer science to pursue your ME or M.Tech in Nano technology.
