About the College
Chilkur Balaji Institute Of Technology (CBTV) was established in 2006. It is affiliated to J.N.T.U, Hyderabad, approved by A.I.C.T.E.
The College has ultra modern campus, separate academic blocks, administration blocks, laboratories and workshops. State of art computer labs, huge classrooms, libraries with RFID technology & automation, conference rooms, AV labs, echo rooms, 24 hour internet centres, canteens, dining halls, playgrounds, land scapes and separate hostel blocks for boys and girls.
The college has an intake of 420 students per year - Electronics and Communication Engineering (120), Computer Science Engineering (60), Information Technology (60), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (60), Mechanical Engineering (60) and Civil Engineering (60).
The Training and Placement cell is itself a hallmark of the institute with a separate A/ C block with 15 individual cabins and an exclusive conference hall for conducting interviews. The placement cell launched a full-fledged in-house training programme Chilkur Balaji Campus Training Programme (CBCTP) for the students where the students are trained from the 1st year itself.
