Eligibility Criteria and Fee structure for B.Tech,:-

Under Convener’s Quota: A Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognized by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University as equivalent thereto.

All the eligible applicants for admission into First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates.
A candidate with a polytechnic diploma is eligible for lateral entry into B.Tech courses at II year level, the number of seats in each being 10% of the sanctioned seats.

Admission under Management’s Quota:-

The seats shall be filled either on the basis of rank  obtained in  EAMCET  or  of securing not  less than  60%  in  aggregate  or  in  group  subjects (Maths,  Physics  and  Chemistry)  in  the  10+2  qualifying  examination.

Ravindra College of Engineering for Women is located at Venkayapalli, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. It is affiliated to JNTU Anantpur and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

Ans : To answer your question "is chemical engineering very tough and boring?" it all depends on your interests. If you have an interest towards the subject you will find it interesting and easy. Nothing is tough and boring if you have dedication and interest in the subject.

Ans : It all depends upon ur interest. If u r interested in pursuing higher education after your Btech the options are M Tech , MCA, if u r good in programming and want to work in IT sector else do a MBA if u want to pursue a career in Management.. I would advise u to work after ur BE for atleast 2 -3 yrs. and then do a full time or part time MBA.
