Eligibility: Candidates who have passed 10+2/HSC examination, or its equivalent, from any recognized Board/University with minimum qualifying marks as prescribed by Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli are eligible to apply for the BE/B Tech courses. However, they should appear in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) Test or any other State/National level engineering test accepted by Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.

Admission Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of entrance test merit and as per rules and regulations of Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and government of Tamil Nadu.

AVS College of Engineering Nagapattinam was established in the year 1996 and it is affiliated to Anna University of Technology Tiruchirappalli. The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
