  • I am interested in doing my Phd in India but as I am dean of the Faculty of Law in Rwanda, I would like too know if your faculty offers sandwich program I am if it allows researchers not to spend their research days in Inda. I would prefer to spend three months in India in each period of one year. Is it allowed. I ask this question because in other Universities, the same program is offered.
