ITM Group of Institutions was established in the year 1997 by Samata Lok Sansthan Trust at Gwalior. The college has been given an 'A' grade by Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, to which it is affiliated. The institution was established with aview to provide quality engineers and technologists to the society for its all round development. The college provides engineering degree at bachelors level with specialisation in     Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering. The college also provides engineering degree at masters level with specialisation in VLSI, Digital Communication, Chemical Engineering. The college has various blocks named after various scientists like Newton Block. The college also has an extensive library which has a rich collection of books. The college also encourages its tsudents to participate in various sports and cultural activities. That is why this college has bagged many trophies in sports.
