Admission Procedure: Selection is made on entrance test merit basis and as per rules and regulations prescribed by Anna University of Technology, Chennai and government of Tamil Nadu.

Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering was established in the year 2001 and it is affiliated to Anna University of Technology Chennai. The college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The College offers postgraduate level programme in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
