Duation:- 3 Years
A pass in +2/Intermediate/PUC/HSC or any equivalent with 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Maths. 50% separately in English is a must in 10th std. or +2.
Diploma holders OR B.Sc., degree holders are also eligible and they can apply on the basis of their +2 background with 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Maths and separately 50% in English.
Candidates wishing to join Marine Engineering must be medically and physically fit as per Merchant Shipping.
Age:- 17 to 25 years
Height:_ A minimum of 157 cms
Weight:- A minimum of 50 kgs
Fees:- Rs. 5,50,000/-

COC3 course at IIMS ,Karnataka after 10+2 provides you with the stipend paid on board ship training paying 10000-25000 / month. after which students get placed at salaries ranging from Rs. 1.5- 2 lacs a month.
