Vashi Campus:-
The Master in Management Studies (MMS) program is a 2 year full-time post-graduate program affiliated by University of Mumbai. The admissions are through a highly competitive Common Entrance Test (CET) which is taken by more than 80,000 students all over the country. A rigorous GD and PI follow the test.
DURATION:-
The full-time MMS course is of two year duration consisting of four academic semesters and is open to candidates who have taken a Bachelor's degree in any faculty of Mumbai University or of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto.
It offers the following specialization:
* Finance
* Human Resources
* Operations
* Information Technology Management
* Specialization is offered subject to adequate number of students in each group.
The first year is common to all the functional groups. Each candidate will have to give his/her preference for specialization by February in the first year of the course. Allocations will be finalized by March.
ELIGIBILITY:-
Eligibility criteria would be as per the directions laid down by the Government of Maharashtra and the University of Mumbai from time to time. The candidates must produce the mark sheets of the qualifying examination and the Provisional Eligibility certificate on or before 30th August.
Candidates who are graduates of the University of Mumbai will be required t0o produce a transfer certificate from the constituent college or the University Department last attended by them.
Candidates who are graduates of other Universities will be required to produce at least a provisional statement of eligibility issued by the Registrar, University of Mumbai, declaring them eligible for admission to the course and migration certificate thereafter.
The candidates shall be guided by the office about the fees payable for the eligibility certificate/migration certificate etc.
ADMISSION
Admissions are limited to a carefully selected group of 60 participants. The admission process is as advised by DTE & University of Mumbai from time to time.
Candidates selected for admission will be required to produce all certificates/testimonials in original such as
1.Bachelor's Degree certificate
2.Statement of Marks secured at degree examination,
3.Passing certificate
4.CET Score card
5.Birth certificate etc.
