  • I am a Company Secretary by Profession and I am thinking to do either CFA of MSF(Master of Strategic Finance) from ICFAI. I would like to seek your opinion and get some guidance on the same. I kindly request you to help me. I have gone through the syllabus of CFA of ICFAI and MSF of ICFAI. I am more inclined towards MSF as it covers almost everything-Stategic, International and Corporate Finance. However I have certain concerns about the same. 1. What is the standing of MSF degree in the market in comparison with CFA? Syllabus wise MSF is good is a very 'High end couse'. But my major concern is that whether the standing of CFA is better in the market as compared to the standing of MSF in the market? 2. Also I have heard that Previuos CFA programm has been modified and now the new MSF has the portion of earlier CFA? Therefore the new MSF is the earlier CFA. Is it true? 3. Which one will you like to suggest me as better course? CFA or MSF? Kindly reply if possible provide me with the email-ID or contact details of an appropriate person to whom I can ask these querries.
