Preeti, in management there are many programs like HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT . Since you have taken Bcom you can opt for a specialisation in Finance or Marketing, or if you have an interest you can also take HR as a specialisation.

It is very difficult to masters level mba or management programme after 12th class. What you can do is do correspondence graduation directly from open universities and then You can try for correspondence mba but still it will take you 2 more years to complete that.
