Pondicherry University - Directorate of Distance Education, Puducherry was established in 1995-96. The courses offered by the Directorate are innovative and job oriented. The programmes such as MBA Marketing, MBA Finance, MBA HRM and MBA International Business are some of the very first programmes to be launched through Distance mode in the entire Asian continent.
The Directorate of Distance Education insists a Degree with 15 years [10+2+3] [11+1+3] [11+2+2] pattern for enrolling in its Post Graduate/PG Diploma Programmes and +2 or equivalent for Graduate Programmes.
