Description

The Academy of Animation and Gaming (AAG) located at Noida was established to provide skilled professionals for the animation industry to fulfill industry's needs. AAG has tied up with the University of Teesside, UK, which is one of the top twenty animation universities in the world for its courses. Students are also given an option of studying their B.A. (Hons.) degree in Animation at Teesside for advanced qualifications from an International University. AAG's  core strength is its faculty which helps students to make their creative and artistic career a reality. Students are taught a wide range of subjects such as clay modeling, experimental animation, sketching, and acting; besides seminars and workshops by visiting industry professionals. Students are made to work on live projects to get a first-hand feel of work ing in an actual industry. At the end of their course, students will have a show reel of the work they have done to help them find work in the industry. AAG also provides placement assistance to its students after they finish their course.

  • BSc (Animation)

    AAG offers B.sc Animation Degree from Karnataka State Open University (K.S.O.U), in collaboration with ToonSkool recognized by UGC.

    B.Sc. Animation course focus on creative, innovative filmmaking and professional practice, structurally designed to raise one's creativity up to the industrial mark. This online animation training program lays special emphasis on fundamental traditional skills of animation. Students develop their own innovated creative style of animation. Student will study 2d animation, 3d animation, contemporary animation used in films, television and on the web.

    Duration    :- 3 years

    Eligibility:-
     

    • The student should be 10+2 (any stream) or equivalent from government of India recognized board.
    • The portfolio must consist of sketches, paintings, illustrations or drawings, as well as digital imagery such as animations or other computer generated artwork.


    Age:- Minimum 17 Years
     

  • Diploama in Game Programming

    Accreditation :- Accredited from the University of Teesside, U.K. Industry Certified Course

    AAG offers a fantastic opportunity to pursue your gaming enthusiasm to a most modern career. First year You will learn Object Oriented Programming Concepts using C++ , Algorithms and Data Structures, Graphical Mathematics and Physics. Through a series of lecture and workshop you will learn Games and Gaming culture: History, Appreciation of Genres and Game play elements.In second year moving toward more complexity and specializations you will be Introduced to principal of 3d game programming on Direct X and Open GL, Integrated Development Environments and Programming Tools, Introduction to Game engines, Game Artificial Intelligence.

    Duration:    - 2 years

    Eligibility:-

    • The student should be 10+2 (with mathematics as compulsory subject) or equivalent from government of India recognized board.
    •  The prior knowledge of basic computer programming in c,c++ and Java will be advantage.



    Age:- Minimum 17 Years

  • Diploma in Animation

    Accreditation:- From the University of Teesside, U.K. and Industrial certified course.

    This course is two-year, full-time Program in animation, starting with a comprehensive year-long Foundation Course. On successful completion of the 1st year Foundation Course, students go for a specialization stream in second year.

    Duration:- 2 years

    Eligibility:-
     

    • The student should be 10+2 (any stream) or equivalent from government of India recognized board.
    • The portfolio must consist of sketches, paintings, illustrations or drawings, as well as digital imagery such as animations or other computer generated artwork.


    Age:-     Minimum 18 Years

     

  • Diploma in Game Art

    This course teaches you how to make captivating game art that can keep your audience stuck to their computers for hours, happily playing the games you created. Recent increase in the quality and quantity of demand for conceptual graphics and art and animation content in computer games means the industry is hungry for good game artists.

    Duration:-     6 months/ 1 Year

    Eligibility:-
     

    • The student should be 10+2 (any stream) or equivalent from government of India recognized board.
    • The portfolio should consist of sketches, paintings, illustrations or drawings, as well as digital imagery such as animations or other computer generated artwork


    Age:- Minimum 18 Years
