Description

Asansol Engineering College was established in 1998 and is one of the most renowned educational institute in Asansol. The college is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology.

It is situated at Asansol which is close to West Bengal-Jharkhand border and is about 200 Kms away from the mega city Kolkata. The college has been ranked 9th in top 10 technical colleges and 4th in all the private engineering colleges in West Bengal as published in the Telegraph of June 2009.

The college has made itself capable of getting financial aid from the World Bank under TEQIP.

Duration:- Four Years

Eligibility:- The candidate seeking admission to the 1st year B-Tech Degree Course in our College should have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) at 10+2 level or equivalent exam.

Admission Criteria:- Candidates interested to take admission are required to secure merit ranks in WBJEE ( West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination ) or AIEEE ( All India Engineering Entrance Examination ).
B.Tech Civil Engineering

Duration:- Four Years

Eligibility:- The candidate seeking admission to the 1st year B-Tech Degree Course in our College should have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) at 10+2 level or equivalent exam.
