Description

Azeezia Institute of Medical Sciences and Research is the first Medical College established in Kollam District. This Institution is imparting training of medical professionals who are sure, will be socially oriented and ethically principled. This institution is giving personal attention in every part of the training by well experienced teachers who have vast experience in their concerned fields. 


Azeezia Institute of Medical Science is the first medical college in Kollam District, to impart standard training of medical education, both undergraduate & Post-graduate level. It aims to establish research activities in the field of Medical treatment as well as Community Oriented development

Azeezia Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Courses offered

  • MBBS

    Duration:- 4 1/2 Years + 1 year Internship

    Eligibility:-

    Management Quota:- A pass in Plus Two (Kerala) or equivalent National Board Examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
    Appearance in Common Entrance Examination conducted by the consortium of Self-financing Medical Colleges/CET conducted by Government.

    Procedure of Selection:- Admission will be on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination and marks obtained for Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination. The marks will be apportioned in the ratio of 50:50. After the entrance test, the marks obtained for the Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination will be added to the marks obtained at the entrance test and a combined merit list will be published. Separate merit list also will be published for categories, for which seats are reserved. Allotment to colleges and admission will be on the basis of centralized counseling.
