However, as CAT scores are issued to the students by the IIMs, any student who has appeared for the CAT examinations can apply for the courses with the CAT scores. Anyone having any objection to the same, need not to apply.
  
  The Institute does not have any cut off points and weightage is given to all the above parameters in the selection process. Thus, any one with good percentile / percentage can apply for the selection process.   Written Communication Skill is very important for anyone to succeed in the industry as Business Communication forms an essential part of the managerial functions. Therefore, the applicants will be required to appear for an essay writing exercise on a subject, which will be given on the spot. This will be for half an hour. The topics will be general in nature and anyone who follows the National Newspapers can easily appear in the same and score good marks. The marks obtained in the examination are counted for the merit list.
   
  Group Discussion and Personal Interview
  
  Candidates who fulfil the qualitative requirements will be called for the Group Discussions and Interviews by expert panels. Dates for the Group Discussion and Interviews will be available on the website at a later date.
  
  While the institute is keen to have the admission process in all the centres mentioned and have been having multiple centres for many years in the past, The Institute reserve the right to cancel any of the centres depending upon the contingencies. However, it may be noted that, the hall ticket issued by the institute to any centre is valid to all the centres and the students who may need a change of centre due to any reason can automatically go to any other centre by just informing through an e-mail and without expecting any response to the same.

  Admit Card issued to any centre is valid for all the centres and candidates can appear before the selection committee in any centre provided they have informed about their intention to appear before a selection centre other than the one mentioned in the admit card well in advance.   On completion of interviews, The Institute compares the performance of all candidates appearing for the interview and generates a final merit list based on their overall performance. Weightage is given to written test marks, obtained in the essay writing, GD and PI. The candidate is considered for the course which he has preferred according to the priority mentioned by him / her in the application form. In case, he / she is not selected to the course then he / she will be considered for other courses and selected on merit. It may be noted that, all the Management courses are of the same status and the inputs are also similar. As mentioned the placement opportunities for all the courses are very good as has been proved by the track record.
  It means that each institution is important and enjoys equal status and attention from the top management. Eligibility:-

Eligibility for management programme in this institute is quite same as the other institutes in the country. Candidates should have passed their 10+2+3 exams with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and 45% for reserved category. Candidates who are applying should be physically and mentally fit and should follow the rules and regulations of this institute.

Selection Procedure:-

1. Candidate should have applied for the CAT/ MAT/ CMAT exams to apply for the management courses. The institute does not have any kind of cut off targets to qualify the entrance test; it only gives 30% of the weightage to the entrance exam, while creating the merit list.

2. After the successful entrance test selected candidates are called up for the Group Discussion (GD) round this includes role play, case studies and extempore speech and GD. This round will take 30- 45 minutes of duration for each group. 40% of weightage is given in the merit list to the GD process. This round also includes essay writing which is of 30 marks and fifty percent of marks will be counted. Topic will be given on the spot related to nature or current affairs. Student will be given 30 minutes to do their best in this scenario.

3. Next is the personal interview (PI) in the lineup. Scores of CAT/ MAT/ CMAT exams will be verified at the time of personal interview. According to the performance based on this interview candidates will be selected for the course and incase if he/ she has not selected for the course in which he/ she has recommended for then suitable courses will be considered and will be selected on merit.
