Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College was established in the year 2002 and it is affiliated to Bangalore University. The college is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi. The college is dedicated to the cause of women's higher education which is considered to be a vital service to the nation as it was felt that woman should know their rights and should fight for their cause. The Law College has its wonderful building in the C. S. I. Compound, Bangalore. It is provided with a well equipped library, a classically designed moot court hall, a posh Auditorium, a self contained staff room, spacious class rooms and a computer lab. Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College has professionally trained and highly qualified faculty. A new approach in teaching methodology focuses on learning through direct experience and original case- studies. The college offers three years undergraduate level Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and five years undergraduate level Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
