Description

Christ University was born out of the educational vision of Blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the founder of CMI congregation. Blessed Chavara was a great educationalist and a social reformer of the 19th century. He could foresee the changes in the environment and make strategic moves to build a better society based on fatherhood of God and brotherhood of humanity.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

    Duration:- 3 Years

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)

    Duration:- 3 Years

    Eligibility:-

    A pass in PUC (10+2) or equivalent is the minimum eligibility for admission.

  • Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)

    Duration:- 3 Years

    Eligibility:-

    A pass in PUC (10+2) or equivalent is the minimum eligibility for admission.

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology Chemistry Zoology

    Duration:- 3 Years

    Eligibility:-

    A pass in PUC Board/CBSE/ISC (10+2) or equivalent is the minimum eligibility for admission.

     

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Sc & Engg

    Duration:- 4 Years

    Eligibility:-

    A pass in PUC (10+2) or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry is the minimum eligibility for admission and 50% of marks in Mathematics is mandatory.

  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Commerce

    Eligibility:-

    • A pass with 55% marks in Postgraduation and M.Phil. in the relevant subject from any recognized university.
    • A research proposal (Maximum 1500 words) has to be submitted along with the application.
    • Those who complete M.Phil by July 2009 are also eligible to apply.

  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics

    Eligibility:-

  • M.S. in Computer Science

    Eligibility:-

     Candidates having 55% aggregate marks in  Degree in any of the following combinations with relevant work experience

    ( i ) Undergraduate in Computer science or Computer applications  with a minimum of 1 year work experience in any Software Industry/IT/ITES.

    OR

    ( ii ) Degree in Science / Engineering with 3 years work experience with software Industry/IT department.

    OR

    (iii) Candidates appearing for Final Examination 2008 or having 55 % aggregate in BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Systems/Electronics/Telecommunications) are eligible to apply.

  • Master of Arts (MA) in Applied Economics

    Eligibility:-

    Graduates who have secured 50% in the aggregate of all subjects in the qualifying University examinations are eligible to apply.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

    Duration:- 2 years

    Eligibility:- Graduation

    Admission Procedure:- Admission through CAT/ MAT Score Merit List followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview

  • Master of Commerce (M.Com)

    Duration:- 2 Years

    Eligibility:-

    Graduates who have secured 50% in the aggregate of all subjects of BCom/BBM/BBA in the University examinations are eligible to apply.
     

  • Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

    Duration:- 3 Years

    Eligibility:-

    Graduates who have secured 50% in the aggregate of all subjects in the qualifying University examinations are eligible to apply. Candidates who are from non-Computer Science/Applications should have studied any of the following subjects at the Pre- University or Degree level – Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Mathematics or Electronics.
