The Culinary Academy of India is the first professional training school for culinary arts to be founded in India, matching the standards of top American and European culinary institutes. The academy offer Three Years Bachelors Degree in Catering Technology & Culinary Arts, Post Graduate Diploma In Culinary Arts, One and Half Year Craft Certification Course in Food Production.

  • Bachelor of Catering Technology & Culinary Arts (BCT & CA)

    The Bachelor of Catering Technology & Culinary Arts (BCT & CA) course offers the most intensive and complete training in classic techniques of professional cooking.  This course each the students what works in both the front and the back of the house along with the reasons it works.

    Duration:- 3 years

    Eligibility:-

    • Candidate should be 17 years of age at the time of commencement of the course.
    • A pass in any 10+2 scheme approved by the Osmania University with minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any stream.
    • Candidate for whom English is not their medium of instruction must demonstrate competency in English. In the selection procedure at the time of enrollment.

  • Certificate Course in Food Production and Patisserie

    This course is designed to cater to this demand for entry-level positions where in the trained student can join as a cook trainee in a professional kitchen.

    Duration:- One and Half year

    Eligibility criteria:-

    • Candidate should be minimum 16 years of age on or before the date of commencement of the course and not more than 25 years (30 years in case of SC & ST candidates).
    • A pass in Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) with English as medium of instruction
    • Candidates completing SSC in languages other than English should demonstrate competency in Englishduring the selection process.

  • Diploma in Cruise Galley Operations

    This course will be provided where the candidate will be trained on the corporate menu cycles as followed by P&O Cruises and Princess Cruises onboard their ships.

    ELIGIBILITY / SELECTION:-

    • Candidate should be minimum 21 years of age on or before the date of the course.
    • Bachelor of Hotel Management / Diploma in Hotel Management / Bachelor of Culinary Arts with a minimum of one year experience in professional food service operations.
    • The candidate should submit photocopies of all relevant certificates along with the application.

  • Post Graduate Diploma In Culinary Arts

    This course is designed for the individuals who have a prior hotel, hospitality, catering and culinary qualification at bachelor’s level, but want to manage, grow professionally, open or own a culinary business.

    Duration:
    - One year full time

    Eligibility:- Graduates in hotel, hospitality, catering and culinary streams from a recognized University.

    Admission criteria
    :- All India written examination to be conducted at Hyderabad. Group Discussion / Personal Interview.
