DQ School of Visual Arts (DQSVA) came into existence to offer well trained manpower to the ever growing media, animation and gaming industry needs.

The course design is such that the student undergoes `real life experience’ which gives him the feel of what it would be to work on a `live project’ once he graduates. Each and every student is given the dedicated attention and one on one sessions with the trainers and mentors, this benefits the student immensely in his learning process.

  • Diploma in Animation Film Making (DAFM)

    The 12 Months Animation film making Program is an introduction to 3D modeling, Lighting, Texturing, Rigging, VFX and animation using Maya™, one of the most popular software packages in the animation industry. Students get to create their own character, props models and layouts and bring all of them together into a scene within the story, see images come to life.

    Animation Film Making at DQSVA is a unique 1-year diploma program emphasizing the foundation principles of animation and acting. Students of DAFM study the fundamentals, work on assignments and learn from critique by their Trainer/Mentor while working in their chosen medium. Once the fundamentals of art and computer animation skills are mastered, they are free to explore a variety of 3D disciplines.

  • Specialist programe in 2D Animation

    The 6 months digital Animation Program is an introduction to 2d Character design, Rigging, Scene Planning, Character Facial expressions and Character Animation using Toon Boom Harmony™, one of the best integrated animation tool set available in the industry.

  • Specialist programe in Animation

    The 6 Months Animation Specialisation Program at DQSVA is designed to develop strong fundamental skills in all aspects of Animation, covering the Principles of Animation, life drawing, Acting, character design, story boarding, and art direction.
     

  • Specialist programe in VFX

    The 7 Months Visual Effects Specialisation Program at DQSVA is designed to develop strong fundamental skills in all aspects of the Visual Effects creation, from green-screen film production to 2D/3D content creation, allowing to gain a contextual understanding of your interests and strengths before focusing attention on more specific roles within the industry.
