Description

Era's Lucknow Medical College is affiliated to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia, Avadh University, Faizabad and is recognized by the Medical Council of India / Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Era's Lucknow Medical College is an unaided minority educational institute; nevertheless it is completely secular in its outlook.

Era's Lucknow Medical College & Hospital brings to the semi-urban and rural population in and around Lucknow the best medical facilities in the state at subsidized rates. The charity work done by the hospital benefits the poorest of the poor. Free admission, free medicine and free meals are provided to patients from underprivileged sections of society. Diagnostic services are also available free of cost for such patients.

  • M.D (Paediatrics)

    Duration:- 3 Years

    Eligibility:- MBBS from recognized university

    Admission:- Admission is based on a Medicl PG CET examination Conducted by state Government,followed by an interview

  • M.D (Psychiatry)

    Duration:- 3 Years

    Eligibility:- MBBS from recognized university

    Admission:- Admission is based on a Medicl PG CET examination Conducted by state Government,followed by an interview

    Intake:- 1 Seats

  • M.D. (General Medicine)

    Duration:- 3 Years

    Eligibility:- MBBS from recognized university

  • M.D. (Radio Diagnosis)

    Duration:- 3 Years

  • M.S. ENT (Oto-Rhino-Laryngology)

    Duration:-     The total duration of the course is 54 months (4 1/2  yrs.) + 1 year internship

    Eligibility:-

    Age:- The candidate should have completed 17 year of age on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.

    Qualification:- The candidate should have passed in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at 10+2 Intermediate, ISCE, CBSE or any equivalent examination securing a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together. For SC/ST/OBC category candidates, the required percentage in Physics, Chemistry & Biiology taken together is 40%.
     
    Admission:- Admission is based on a CET examination Conducted by state Government,followed by an interview

    Intake:- 100 Seats

  • MS (General Surgery)

    Duration:- 3 Years

    Eligibility:- MBBS from recognized university

    Admission:- Admission is based on a Medicl PG CET examination Conducted by state Government,followed by an interview

    Intake:- 4 Seats

Infrastructure

• The institute has lavish lecture theaters with great comfort. It is fully centralized having a sitting capacity of 180 in each and all the lecture rooms are equipped with ultra- modern audio-visual teaching aids like LCD projectors, etc.

• A vast library with a seating capacity of 253 students at a time and it has a rich collection of books which counts 15000 in numbers. It also offers more than 80 Indian Journals and 73 International journals. More than 500 medical CDs are available for interactive consultation.

• State-of-the-art air-conditioned cafeterias with modern catering facilities are available for staff and students inside the college campus. No preservatives and colors are used in cooking.
