Description

Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology was established in 1994 as an extension of the pioneering efforts of the Agnel Ashram fathers in the arena of Technical Education with the relentless pursuit of excellence as its guiding force. Fr.CRIT in a short span of time established itself as a leading Engineering college in Mumbai, bagging at least one university 1st rank every year starting with its first graduating batch.
   
It has also made its mark in sports, extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. In recognition of the fact that it imparts high quality value-based technical education, made possible by its dedicated staff and extensive facilities, the Government of Maharashtra awarded Fr.C.R.I.T. an A grade in its first assessment. Similarly of the eligible four branches that had applied were awarded accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation.

  • B.E (Computer Engineering)

    Computer Engineering gives training in electrical engineering, software design and hardware-software integration instead of just software engineering or electrical engineering. A Computer engineering student studies the design of digital hardware and software systems including communications systems and computers.

    Eligibility:- Pass 10 + 2 (HSC) in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

  • B.E (Electrical Engineering)

    Duration:- 4 years

  • B.E (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering)

    The Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering course is designed in such a way that at the end of the course, the student is thoroughly prepared with the basic knowledge of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and becomes well conversant with specialized fields like

  • B.E (Information Technology)

    This course includes Programming Techniques and Basic Sciences at first year level. In second and third year the course includes basic and core Information Technology subjects. The advanced topics such as Computer Simulation and Modelling, Mobile Computing, Image Processing, Management Information Systems, Data Warehousing and Mining System, Multimedia Systems, Project Management are included as compulsory subjects in the final year.

  • B.E (Mechanical Engineering)

    Mechanical Engineering is the most sought-out branch of Engineering. In the constantly evolving technological scenario Mechanical Engineering has been the very backbone of the industrial infrastructure. It is an area of study in which knowledge of mathematics and science are combined together with experience and judgement for fulfilling the practical human necessities.

    Duration:- 4 years
