Gunutpalli Venkateswarlu Memorial Polytechnic is sponsored by Hyam Educational Society, registered under societies act. College is approved by AICTE – New Delhi and Recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh and affiliated to SBTET, Hyderabad – A.P.

The college is situated at 13 Km of Chirala-Karamchedu-Parchur Road, Near Nagulaplem village, Parchur Mandal, Prakasam Dt. Which is about 13KM from Chirala; 5 KM from Parchur. The college established in a total extent of 6.24 Acres of Land. Good Number of buildings are constructed to accommodate class rooms and laboratories etc.

The college is having well furnished ventilated and spacuous class rooms and drawing halls, A special and full air conditioned computers lab with latest Pentium with LCD monitors. The college has well-developed library with large collection of books from various disciplines and is being continuously expanded by processing latest Volumes, Books, Magazines and Journals.

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering

    Duration:- 3 years

    Eligibility:- Pass 10th Class

    Admission Procedure:-

    1. Candidates who wish to seek admission in any of the Diploma courses will have to appear for Common Entrance Examination (CEEP) conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

    2. Only the candidates satisfying the following requirements will be eligible to appear for the Common Entrance Examination (CEEP).

    3. The candidates seeking admission should have appeared for the X class examination, conducted by the Board of secondary Examination, Andhra Pradesh or Equivalent examination thereto, at the time of making application to the common Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (CEEP). Ins case candidates who apply pending results of their qualifying examinations, their selection shall be subject to production of proof of their passing the qualifying examination in one attempt or compartmentally at the time of interview for admission.

    4. Admissions are made based on the merit obtained in the Common Entrance Examination (CEEP) and the reservation rules stipulated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.

  • Diploma in Computer Engineering
