Description

The Guwahati College of Architecture is approved by Council of Architecture, New Delhi & Higher & Technical Education Govt of Assam and affiliated to Gauhati University

The Institute has 22,000 SQ.FT of infrastructure ready, in most modern premises right in the first year of inception, Well developed library of 1000 SQ.FT area, with latest editions of books and several journals. Digital library being developed. Large reading room space, Library made available to the Architects and other professionals from Assam to invite interaction with the students.

Guwahati College of Architecture Courses offered

B.Arch

A student will have to undertake practical training during 10th Semester, as part of curriculum.All Semester Exams are conducted by the Gauhati University and results shall be declared by the Gauhati University.

Duration:- 5 years

Eligibility:- Passed XII (i.e. 10+2 scheme of senior school certificate examination HSSLC/HSSC or equivalent) with minimum 50%, marks in aggregate (45% for reservation category) with mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects, and subject to an aptitude test conducted by the Council of Architecture

Admission Criteria:- Students shall have to appear for aptitude test, conducted by the Council of Architecture. (NATA)
