• Executive Education Programme in Finance (eEPF)

  Duration:- 1 Year
  
  Eligibility:- Bachelor Degree in any discipline and minimum 5 years relevant experience.

• Executive Education Programme in Operations Management

  Duration:- 1 Year
  
  Eligibility:- Bachelor Degree in any discipline and minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  
  Admission:- Admission through executive Management Aptitude Test (eMAT) Score Followed by Personal Interview.

• Executive Post Graduate Programme (ePGP)

  This programme is to impart management education to working executives seeking skills and strategies to take their organizations to the next level.
  
  Duration:- 2 Years
  
  Eligibility:- The entry to the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (ePGP) is open to graduates/ CA/ ICWA having at least 5 years of work experience.
  
  Admission:- Admission through executive Management Aptitude Test (eMAT), Past academic record Followed by Personal Interview.

• Fellow Programme in Management (FPM)

  The FPM programme of IIMK strives to incorporate the strengths of similar programmes in other IIMs while it also tries to introduce new strengths and certain innovative features in the programme. The purpose of such efforts is to overcome any weaknesses in the Fellow Programmes elsewhere and to bring out the best in the Fellows coming out of the programme.
  
  Eligibility:-
  
  (i) The candidates should possess one of the following qualifications.
  
      * Post-Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline (including M.A, M.Sc., M.Com, MBA, MCA, M.Tech) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
      * Professional qualifications of CA, ICWA and CS with at least 50% marks or equivalent.
      * Professional qualifications such as MBBS and LLB with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA*.
      * Engineering degrees, viz., B.Tech and BE, with at least 60% marks or equivalent
  
  Admission Criteria:- Admission through CAT, GMAT, GRE, GATe, UGC/ CSIR score merit list.

• Post-graduate Programme in Management (PGPM)

  The Post-graduate Programme in Management is a flagship educational programme preparing the young graduates for senior level positions in industry and other sections. The programme is of two years duration. In the first year, the students undergo 58 credit foundation courses in various functional areas, followed by 8-10 weeks of summer training in business and industrial organisations.
  
  Duration:- 2 Years, Full Time
  
  Eligibility:- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  
  Admission:- Admission through CAT merit list Followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
   

• The Executive Management Education Programme

  The Executive Management Education Programme (eMEP), the first of its kind to be offered in the Asia Pacific region, is designed exclusively for working professionals.
  
  Eligibility and Participants:-
  
  The entry to the executive Management Education Programme is open to graduates/ CA/ ICWA having atleast 5 years of work experience. The participants of these programmes form an interesting mix of working professionals from varied backgrounds like IT, Human Resources, Marketing, Banking, Financial Services and Manufacturing. The level of interaction witnessed during the past eMEP batches has been quite exceptional and encouraging, thereby indicating the effectiveness of this technology to enhance peer-to-peer learning, considered to be the core feature of any conventional classroom based learning programme. This has enabled them to advance in their careers by way of promotions and better jobs in areas of their interest.
  
  Selection:-
  
  For eMEP, the selection is based on executive Management Aptitude Test (eMAT) conducted by IIMK every year and the interviews, through IDL platform, of the short-listed candidates based on the eMAT.

IIM Kozhikode placement cell not only provides placement assistance to the students in relevant organisation but it also helps the students of the institute in their career planning, preparation for selection tests, summer placement, internship and final placements.

Summer Placements:-

IIM Kozhikode continued to maintain it’s 100% placement record with over 100 firms making internship offers spanning across all verticals. The summer process saw the participation of over 35 firms that took part for the first time in addition to the loyal recruiters who have always believed in the talent pool at IIM Kozhikode.

Lateral Placements:-

Lateral placements happen over an extended period in the final term for students having substantial work experience with firms offering higher than entry-level positions. The participating companies were HUL, P&G, Deutsche Bank, Citi, HSBC, ITC, Deloitte, PwC, Arthur D. Little, JPMorgan Chase, Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo and Standard Chartered Bank.

Final Placements:-

Final placements happen during the last term. A formidable array of the best companies in India and the world visit the campus year after year searching for the best talent. A total of 110 firms participated in the Placement process this year.
