Description

K.J. Somaiya college of engineering was established in the year 1993 and is affiliated to Mumbai University and is approved by AICTE. It is the First Engineering College in Maharashtra to Get Accrediation by the National Board of Accrediation (New Delhi) in 1997.

The college provides good infrastructure facilities such as well stocked Library, Well equipped lab, Hostel accommodation. This college has professionally trained and highly qualified faculty.

KJSCE offers Bachelor of Engineering course in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering and Information Technology.

The College has Corporate Relations & Placement Cell dedicated for strengthening the interaction between Institute and Industry. The cell is coordinated by a senior faculty, who will be supported by one faculty member from each of the department. The students also actively participate in the activities as volunteers.

  • B. Tech Mechanical Engineering

    Duration:- 4 years

    Admission Criteria:- Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination, with minimum 50% marks. Admissions to the undergraduate course is competitive and done through the MHCET and AIEEE scores.
     

  • B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering

    Duration:- 4 years

    Admission Criteria:- Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination, with minimum 50% marks. Admissions to the undergraduate course is competitive and done through the MHCET and AIEEE scores.
     

  • B.Tech ELectronics and Telecommunication

    Duration:- 4 years

    Admission Criteria:- Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination, with minimum 50% marks.   • M.E Computer Engineering

    Duration:- 2 years

    Eligibility:- Any candidate who is citizen of India and has passed an examination of four year Degree of Bachelor of Engineering / Technology of appropriate branch.

    Admission Procedure:- The candidate must have valid GATE score and which is mandatory

    Intake:-     18

  • M.E Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

    Duration:- 2 years

    Eligibility:- Any candidate who is citizen of India and has passed an examination of four year Degree of Bachelor of Engineering / Technology of appropriate branch.
