  Duration: 3 to 5 years

  Eligibility: Masters degree in management (MBA, MMS, MIBA, MIB) or two years post graduate degree in management. Professionally qualified aspirants (CA, CS) are also eligible to apply.  Applicants with five years of teaching/ industry/ administration/ professional experience at senior level are also eligible to apply.
  
  Aggregate: 60 percent or equivalent CGPA or first class as per norms of university in case of general category candidates (55% or equivalent CGPA for SC/ST candidates).

• Post Graduate Diploma In Management (Part Time)

  The course is structured in such a way, that students of the part-time programme go through the same rigour as the full-time programme. Executives with a willingness to learn the latest management mantras to further their career growth are best suited to this programme.
  
  
  Duration:- 3 years, part time
  
  Eligibility:- graduate in any discipline from a recognized University  with minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
  
  The candidate should have had full time work experience in Business / Industry / Government for a minimum period of two years.
  
  Admission Procedure:-
  
  Admission through MAT Score or written test followed by a group discussion and personal interview held at LIBA, Chennai.

• Post Graduate Diploma In Management (PGDM)

  The programme consists of 41 courses, 25 compulsory and 16 electives of 3 credits each totalling to 123 credits. Students are also required to undertake a summer project and a final dissertation.
  
  Duration:- 2 years
  
  Eligibility:- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University  with minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate.
  
  
  Admission Procedure:-
  
  Admission through XAT and CAT Score merit List.
  
  Short-listed candidates will be called for a Group Discussion and an interview.

Admissions to the two year full-time MBA is done through XAT examination conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur. From academic year 2012, LIBA has also started accepting CAT scores. So for 2012-13 batch Candidates applying to LIBA will be short-listed on the basis of their XAT and CAT scores. Short-listed candidates are then called for a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview for final selection.
