The group comprises of leading publishing practitioners of the country, which includes editor and publishing director of a well known chain of illustrated magazines, one of the most accomplished newspaper management guru, a former special correspondent of a first-rate English daily and a professor of mass communication from a NAAC accredited UGC University, and other celebrated public figures and committed professionals.

  • B.A (Media & Communication)

    The Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication is specially designed to equip young people with multi-skills needed for employment in the exciting and rapidly growing mass media industry - newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, advertising, PR, event management, media arts and news media - worldwide

    Duration:
    3 year

    (In partnership with Deakin University, Australia)

    Eligibility:
    Class 12th with minimum 55% marks. Those appearing in Board exam may also apply. Admission is confirmed only if they passes the exam with a minimum of 55% marks.

  • B.Sc. (Mass Communication, Advertising & Journalism)

    Duration:- 3 year

    Eligibility - Class 12th. Those appearing in 12th exam also eligible. Admission subject to clearing of 12th exam. Test followed by interview.

  • B.Sc. (Multimedia Technology)

    Duration:- 3 year

    Eligibility - Class 12th. Those appearing in 12th exam also eligible. Admission subject to clearing of 12th exam. Test followed by interview.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

    This course providing a management degree to students who are aspiring for a career as managers and who wish to become an MBA subsequently.

    Duration:- 3 year

    Eligibility:- 10+2 in any stream or equivalent with minimum 55% marks.

  • Diploma in animation and special effects

    Students who have passed Class 12, graduates and professionals who wish to upgrade their skill-sets and knowledge of graphic software would benefit immensely

    Duration:- 1 year

  • Diploma in Event Management & Corporate Communication

    An exhaustive program aimed at preparing students for work in the professional areas of event management, corporate communication and marketing management.

    Duration:- 6 months

  • Diploma in Television Production

    This is an electronic media-specific program aimed at providing skills in TV production.

    Duration:- 1 Year

    Eligibility:- Graduates and 10+2 in any stream or equivalent. Admission is through an entrance test and interview.

  • M.Sc. (Mass Communication, Advertising & Journalism)

    Mass Communication is institutionalised and source-specific. It functions through well-organised professionals and has an ever-increasing interface. To become a journalist or media personality one should have an inquisitive mind, will power, an aptitude for presenting information in an accurate, concise and effective manner.

    This program focuses on these parameters. It is a combination of print media, Advertising, Reporting, Copy Writing and Communication Research.

    Duration:- 2 year

    Eligibility:- Graduate in any discipline. Final year students are also eligible. Admission is through an entrance test and interview and is confirmed only if the student cleares graduation exams.
     

     

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

    The program prepares graduates in the field of management, making them eligible to take up managerial roles worldwide, especially in their specific areas of specialisation

    Duration-: 2 year

    Eligibility:- Bachelor's in any discipline. Final Year students may also apply. Admission is subject to their clearing Graduation Examinations

  • Master Program in Advertising, PR and Marketing

    The course prepares the student for business development, client servicing, media planning, budgeting, logistics, brand management, media buying and selling, production and creatives.

  • Master Program in TV Production, Direction & Broadcast Journalism

    This  course providing expertise in production of television programs and journalistic reporting.

  • PG Diploma in Mass Communication, Advertising & Journalism

    The course provides the basic knowledge of journalism, mass communication and advertising. It aims to sharpen the basic skills needed to function effectively in a media organisation

    This course prepares you for a career in the photographic industry. It creates awareness and understanding in the industry, helps develop knowledge and skills in using a camera to a professional standard, and teaches you all-important communication and business skills needed to be successful in the real world.

        * Types of cameras
        * Box camera, 35 mm Rangefinder, 35 mm Single Lens Reflex, Twin Lens Reflex, medium format SLR, large format & digital cameras; parts and accessories of a camera
        * Development in camera design
        * Lenses: Fish-eye, super-wide angle, wide angle, normal, telephoto, long telephoto, macro and zoom lenses
        * Aperture & Shutter: Aperture and its function. Shutter-Focal plane and In-between-lens or Compur Shutter and its function
        * Co-relation between aperture and shutter speed; Depth of field-how it alters at various aperture, distance and focal length
        * Composition: Rule of thirds, framing, foreground, background, using lines, choosing viewpoint and isolating subject, patterns and textures
        * Lighting: Indoor and outdoor lighting, flash, studio lights,
        * A to Z Subjects: Photo-journalism, Glamour, Portraits, Product & Table-top, Tourism, Event Photography, Architectural Photography etc.

    Introduction to Photography: Photographs are an effective medium of communication. A comprehensive introduction to still photography relevant to either film or digital photography offers the student an opportunity to explore contemporary artistic and technical practices that make use of photography.
