Description

SAMVIT School of Infrastructure Business SAMVIT has been conceptualized and established by Dr. Arun Mudbidri, Former Director of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM).

SAMVIT offers Full Time & Part Time programmes is meeting the managerial talent needs of the infrastructure industry through disciplines viz. Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Project Management.

SAMVIT’s academic programmes are designed in full consultation with industry experts, so that the students are taught not only theory but also industry relevant applied knowledge. Furthermore, academic programmes are designed to develop the managerial skill sets which are equally essential to be successful in the infrastructure business management.

 

SAMVIT School of Infrastructure Business SAMVIT Courses offered

  • Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Business (PGPIB)

    Eligibility:- Any Graduate from any statutory University and final year graduation students appearing for final examination in Apr/May 2012, are also eligible to apply.

    Intake:-

    A total of 80 students shall be selected for the course. (Two divisions of 40 each)

    Reservation within intake 15% for SC and 7.5% of seats for ST candidates respectively.

    Selection Procedure:-

    Common Entrance Test Scores (CAT, CET, XAT, MAT, ATMA for academic year 2011-2012) will be considered for short listing for personal interview. The above score is required only to ensure that the students have given the aptitude examination.

    OR

    Those who have not appeared can also submit application; however they will have to answer a Questionnaire. Short listing in this case will be based on the Questionnaire and past academic background.

    OR

    Candidates who have cleared Intermediate of CA, CS, CWA, can directly appear for Personal Interview.

    OR

    Candidates who are Graduates with 2 years of experience in infrastructure industry can directly appear for Personal Interview.

    Personal Interviews will be conducted in following cities viz. Delhi, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Nagpur Aurangabad, Nashik, Mumbai, Pune.

    Fees:-

    Rs.1.50 Lakhs per year

    For SC/ST candidates:- Rs.1 Lakh per year
