Shankara Institute of technology, kukas, jaipur, promoted by the S.K Chaudhary Educational Trust, to promote quality education in Technology and Management. The Institute is affiliated to the Rajasthan Technical University , Kota , Rajasthan. It is approved be the All India Council for Technical Education,(AICTE) Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India. At present, the institute is offering Four-year degree programs of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Three year program of Masters of Computer Application (MCA) and a Two years Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. The trust is running one not-technical program also – Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
The SIT's gigantic campus spreading over 27 acres is located away from the humdrum of the city on the Jaipur Delhi highway, NH-8 at the foothills of Aravali range in RIICO Industrial Area, Kukas, providing a conducive atmosphere for learning. We have an in-campus hostel facility, a well-stocked library, advance computer lab, a gymnasium, stationery shop, music room equipped with latest electronically operated musical instruments, cafeteria, sports centre etc. the Institute has it all for the holistic development or the student's & faculties' mind, body & psyche. SIT has today, more than 2500 students with almost all important branches of engineering subject, in addition to Post Graduate of MBA & MCA.
