Description

Shree Lakshmi Narayan Ayurvedic College, Amritsar have been established by Late Shri Pujya Pt. Mayadhari Ji Shastri.This college is managed by Shree Durgiana Education Foundation since 1972.Initially it was running the classes as prescribed by Bharat Varsheeya Ayurved Vidyapeeth, Delhi.In 1976 it got affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University,Amritsar and five years B.A.M.S. course as prescribed by C.C.I.M.,New Delhi have been started.At present it is affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Seciences, Faridkot.There are 50 seats in the college for getting admission to B.A.M.S. Ist prof.An Ayurvedic hospital & a pharmaacy is attached to this college.College has also the facility of hostel for girls and boys.
