Description

Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Nursing was established in 2008 and it is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr M G R Medical University. The college is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), Government of India and recognized by Maharashtra Nursing Council, Mumbai. The college provides good infrastructure facilities such as Library, Clinical facilities, Sports, Transport, Canteen, Conference hall, Playgrounds, Laboratories, Co-Curricular activities and Hostel accommodation. Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Nursing has professionally trained and highly qualified faculty. The college offers undergraduate and Post Basic course in B Sc Nursing.
 

Sri Vijay Vidyalaya College of Nursing Courses offered

  • B Sc (Nursing)

    Eligibility: Applicants should have passed 10+2 in science stream with minimum aggregate of 50% marks, from any recognized Board. Candidates should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or would complete the said age on before 31st December of the year of admission.

    Admission Procedure: Candidates are enrolled on the basis of merit obtained in qualifying exam and as per the norms of university.
     

  • B Sc Nursing (Post Basic)

    Eligibility: Candidates should have passed B.Sc Nursing, with minimum 55% of aggregate marks, 5% relaxation of Marks for SC/ ST candidates. Candidates must be registered as nurses or midwives. Minimum 1 year of work experience after basic B.Sc. Nursing is needed.

    Admission Procedure: Admissions are made on the basis of merit of qualifying exam as per the norms of university.
