Description

Srusti Academy of Management, Bhubaneswar was established by Navodaya Trust, Bhubaneswar. It is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi.

The Institute conducts extensive research on the recruitment process of numerous companies to guide its students to their preferred jobs in their area of specialization. The cell maintains excellent rapport with leading corporate houses and seeks suggestions from time to time to take steps for enhancement of skills appropriate to the present needs of the Industry. Constant interaction with the corporate world helps prepare students for their careers.

  • Certificate Programme in Effective Selling Skills(CESS)

  • Certificate Programme in Human Resource Operation (CHRO)

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

    MBA course puts one through rigorous schedules so that one is pushed to deliver. The curriculum ensures that one works in a manner so as to develop into a thorough professional, tough enough to face the manifold challenges of the corporate world. Apart from the knowledge, the course broadens one’s outlook and prepares for a steady career path in the industry.

    Duration    :- 2 years

    Eligibility:- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or Graduation in any technical or professional study OR Candidates appeared final degree examinations and awaiting results are also eligible.

    Admission Procedure:- Candidates qualified in JEE (O), MAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA or any other test, approved by Govt. of Odisha / BPUT are eligible to take admission into the MBA programme.

  • Master of Computer Applications

    The MCA Programme prepares students for the IT & ITES Sector. There Industry ready professionals position themselves as systems analyst, system designers, programmers and project Managers in the IT Industry. The Programme is designed to impart both theoretical and practical knowledge suiting to the requirements of the IT Industry.

    Duration:- 3 years

    Eligibility:- Bachelor's Degree Examination of three years duration in any discipline from any University or equivalent recognized by UGC and having passed in Mathematics at 10+2 level.Business mathematics at +2 level are not permitted.

    Admission Procedure:- Candidates qualified in JEE(O) or any tests approved by the BPUT / Govt. of Odisha are eligible to take admission into MCA course of Srusti Academy of Management.

  • NSE Certified Capital Market Professional (NCCMP)

    The Institute has signed agreement with NSE,Mumbai in 2011 and is offering NCCMP programme,which is a short term Course of 100 Hrs duration(80Hrs theory+20Hrs Practical) targeting

    The aim of the NCCMP Program is to develop skills and competency in securities markets. The Course promises high employment/Self Employment opportunities.

    It is a 100 hours program, spanning over 3-4 months and covering theoretical and practical training in subjects related to capital markets. Successful candidates are awarded joint certification from NSE and Srusti Academy of Management. NCCMP covers the following subjects:

    • Equity markets
    • Debt markets
    • Derivatives
    • Macro economics
    • Technical analysis
    • Fundamental analysis
