Description

Starworks Aviation offers Ground and Simulator training with updates from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP) India, NOTAMS and Jeppesen. Hence, keeping the students current with the Aviation world.

 

  • Aerospace/ Aeronautical Engineering & Management Course

    The engineer has to design, construct and master the science of aircraft even before a Pilot can fly the plane.

    Aerospace/ Aeronautical Engineer is the one who deals with extreme engineering and brings life into these flying machines.

    Students are mainly channeled to the US, Australia and Canada. The postulates for choosing these locations is primarily the weather, duration of the course, Cost of Training, quality of aircrafts, instructor experience, reputation of the flight schools and the Engineering programs provided.

    The courses offered are Undergraduate, Graduate and Masters.

  • Commercial Pilot traning

    Starworks provide quality and duration of flight training is never compromised. Apart from imparting Ground Theory and Simulator training.   • Flight Attendant training

    Flight attendants or cabin crew also known as stewards/stewardesses or air hosts/hostesses, are members of an aircrew employed by airlines primarily to ensure the safety but also the comfort of passengers aboard commercial flights as well as on select business jet aircraft.

    The main focus of training is safety. Safety training includes, but is not limited to: emergency passenger evacuation management, use of evacuation slides/life rafts, in-flight firefighting, survival in the jungle, sea, desert, ice, first aid, CPR, defibrillation, ditching/emergency landing procedures, decompression emergencies, Crew Resource Management and security.

    Multilingual flight attendants are often in demand to accommodate international travellers.

    Most airlines have height requirements for safety reasons, making sure that all flight attendants can reach overhead safety equipment. Typically, the acceptable height for this is 160 to 185 cm (5 ft 3 in to 6 ft 1 in) tall. Weight must usually be in proportion to height.

  • Flight Instructor rating

    A flight instructor is a person who teaches others to fly aircraft

    Flight instructors must hold at least a commercial pilot certificate and must clear furthur exams in their respective place of training.

  • Jet Transition Course

    Living upto the airlines demands, Starworks in consultations with schools abroad has come up with Jet Transition Course, which would give edge to those with a commercial Pilot license. The course comprises of training in FMS, CRM and advanced training on CRJ AATD.

  • Multi Engine addon

    Multi Engine add on will enhance the flying skills and benefit the students with greater flying experience and an increase in multi engine hours on the log book.

    Students are mainly channeled to the US, Australia and Canada.

  • Post flight ground training

    Post flight ground training is a certificate course designed for those who have with proir flight training, yet to appear for DGCA exams and for Airline interviews.

    Post flight ground training would cover DGCA exam based basic and advanced Aircraft Technical, Air Navigation, Flight instruments, Radio Aids, Air Regulations, Air meteorology, Radio telephony.

    This course will not only help the students in clearing the DGCA exams but will also help them in facing the Airline Interviews with confidence and right attitude.

    The course duration is of two months.

  • Post Flight Simulator training

    Post flight simulator training, is a certificate course specifically designed for those with prior flying experience.

    Post flight Simulator training, is on Multi engine and Jet engine (Boeing and Airbus).

    Post flight simulator training, is a 30 hour course with a maximum duration of two months on a high graphic Flight simulator, with equipment imported from the U.S.

    This course is designed to meet the requirements of the students in gaining Jet aircraft knowledge and for those attending Airline interviews.

    This course can also be availed for hobby flying.

  • Pre flight ground training

    Pre flight ground training is a certificate course designed for those with no prior flight experience.

    Pre flight ground training would cover basic Technical, Navigation, Flight instruments, radio Aids, Regulations, meteorology, and Radio telephony.

    This course is designed to give the basic aircraft knowledge required for students to go abroad and pursue their flight training, putting them right ahead of their counterparts.

    The course duration is for two months.

  • Preflight Simulator training

    Pre flight simulator training is a certificate course specially designed for those with no flying experience.

    Pre flight Simulator training is on single engine.

    Pre flight Simulator Training program is a 50 hour Simulator course with a maximum duration of two months on a high graphic Flight simulator, with equipment imported from the U.S.

    Pre flight simulator training comprises of Basic and Advanced modules.

    Basic module deals primarily with 35 hours of VFR flying and Advanced module deals with 15 hours of IFR flying.

    This course is designed to meet the requirements of the students prior to pursuing their flight training abroad, giving them a feel and edge about the aircraft and would help in flying the actual aircraft with an ease.

    This course can also be availed for hobby flying.
