Description

Tagore Post Graduate College of Education was started in the year 2002 and it is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University. The college is managed by Tagore Education Society and it is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college provides good infrastructure facilities such as well stocked Library, Well equipped lab, Hostel accommodation. Tagore Post Graduate College of Education has professionally trained and highly qualified faculty. The college provides placements facilities to the students. Tagore Post Graduate College of Education offers undergraduate level teacher training programmes like one year Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed) programme.
 

Tagore Post Graduate College of Education Courses offered

  • B.Ed

    Eligibility: The aspirants must have passed graduation in any stream with minimum 45% marks in aggregate, from any recognized University.

    Admission Procedure: Aspirants are short listed on the basis of MDU B.Ed Entrance Test, which is conducted by the University.
     

  • D.Ed

    Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10+2 level of examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate, from any state/national Board.

    Admission Procedure: Aspirants are selected on the basis of their marks in the qualifying examination, followed by counseling.
     

  • M.Ed

    Eligibility: Aspirants should have completed B.Ed degree recognized by any University.

    Admission Procedure: The admission of the candidates is decided on the basis of MDU M.Ed Entrance Test conducted by the University.
