• B.Sc (Hospitality Studies)

   The Hospitality Industry is experiencing a phenomenal growth due to an exceptional surge in Indian and International tourism.  This has resulted in an increased demand of trained hospitality professionals.  To fulfill the growing Human Resource demands of the Travel, Tourism & Leisure Industry the University of Mumbai offers a degree in Hospitality Education titled as Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies.
  
  Duration: 3 years Fulltime
  
  Eligibility:
  
      * A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Degree Course in Management Studies shall have passed XII Standard Examination of any State Board / University for Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
      * All admissions made by our institution are provisional until they are confirmed by the University of Mumbai.

• Bachelor in International Hospitality Management

  Hospitality represents a vast and vitally important global industry and this is reflected in the contents of the program, which aims to prepare you to work in an international business environment.  Emphasis is given to the development of technical, intellectual and interpersonal skills such as leadership and teamwork.  The degree provides you with sound entrepreneurial and managerial skills.  The business and management skills acquired are highly relevant and desirable across a wide range of other service sector industries.
  

  Duration: 3 years Fulltime
  Eligibility:

  • Candidates who are 10+2 pass, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
  • Aptitude for the Hospitality / Service industry as demonstrated through a personal interview
  • Written and spoken fluency in English
  • Candidates may be asked to take a written entrance test.

  
  

• Ph.D (Management)

  Eligibility:

  Master's degree in Humanities/ Commerce/ Science/ Management /Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture/Pharmacy from a recognized University with 60% marks or equivalent.

  If there are exceptional candidates having B.Tech /B.E./B.Arch./C.A./C.S. having evidence of published research works in scholarly peer reviewed international journals and a minimum of five years of professional experience after obtaining his/her Bachelor's degree, may also be considered on a discretionary basis.

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

  It is a two-year, full time, fully residential program approved by AICTE

  Eligibility Criteria

  Graduates in any discipline with 50% minimum marks from any university recognized by the Association of Indian Universities are eligible. Candidates in their final year of graduation may also apply.

  Having Work Experience is not a requirement for admission to the program, however candidates with work experience are welcome.

  Since its establishement in 1991, the PGDM has evolved into a intensive course of study that takes participants from the very basics in Management theory to highly advanced theory and practice areas. The program covers a wide range of fields and subject areas through a suite of 38 courses.

Admission:- Admission is based on the scores in CAT AND MAT exams. Short listed candidates will be called up for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

Placement cell makes all students aware of all off campus and 'walk in vacancies' and options available to them for further studies. The Cell organizes seminars, group discussions, PI rounds, communication skills and body language classes for grooming of students in order to help them to get through the campus recruitment.
