Womens Institute of Engineering and Technology Sitapur is one of the prestigious institutes in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It imparts quality education in the field of Engineering and Management. The institute is situated in a picturesque landscape on an area of 40 acres of land, that creates a beautiful environment which is conducive for learning. The annual fees of Master degree programme is 1,16,000 with an intake of 60 students. Admissions are based purely on the performance in the qualifying Examination SEE (State Entrance Examination) organized by U.P. Technical University. The institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University and it was started in the year 2008. It has got the approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India. The institute has adequate number of highly qualified, competent and dedicated faculty from diverse fields, who have got a long experience in teaching at the Under graduate and Post graduate level. A full fledged Placement Cell is established. The basic aim of the cell is to organise industrial training as well as other training programmes, activities and monitor of career progression and placement of the students. This cell has recently been renamed as Career Management Cell and this cell is managed by the internal club formed by student managers.
