Global accent and voice modulation skills are a strong requirement for those dealing with international clients.

    We identify the accent problem in each person and help them to neutralize it, thus removing the mother tongue influence. Meticulous coaching by our trainers is further enhanced by rigorous practice. You would also gain significant insights into multinational cultures and learn the nitty-gritty of the way people interact and learn the right code of conduct in the west.

  • Call Center Training

    Call center is an IT enabled industry which handles customer relations management for its clients with an interactive platform using the internet and voice based facilities to provide information and support to a customer or client. It operates round the clock 24 hours a day and 7 days a week

    The numbers and the size of call centers in India are growing higher. Call centers provide a focused means of handling both inbound enquiries and outbound marketing for many companies. However staff training, motivation and retention are a common problem they face.

    Call center operations are hectic and the pressure to respond is relentless. The staffs knowledge of the products, services, system, software used and customer care is crucial for the success of the operation. Training helps staff at all levels to provide excellent, confident services to reach the response target that makes the center efficient and cost-effective. In addition, training that build skills, assists personal development, and leads to recognized qualification can help motive and retail staff. High staff turnover and costs to replace staff exerts additional pressure on the bottom line.

  • Communicative English

    English is like any other language which one can speak well only after proper training. Many try to learn on their own but fail. And as the saying goes "self medication is always dangerous". And trial and error always has a failure in the end.

    WLL has the best curriculum supported by Cambridge University. Besides this a variety of audio and video equipments and books by international publishers.

    Training Method:-
    WLL conducts an entrance test to gauge the student’s knowledge level of English and trains them accordingly. They study English through our effective training program. The training will give the students language inputs (grammar vocabulary), help them to develop their skills in listening speaking and also sharpen some of their reading and writing skills. The maximum strength of each class is 12.This gives every student ample time for interaction and practice. Time distribution is 50% classroom training and 50% of practice session, including audio-video and game play.

  • Corporate Training

    World Language Lab conducts Corporate Training for company executives, software professionals, technical staffs, schools and colleges with English and international languages. The training is imparted at the company premises or at our academy.

    A minimum 15 students unit makes up one corporate training class. If the number exceeds 15 , then it becomes another unit or charged extra. We have various time frame for this 60 or 80 or 100 or 120 hour per unit.
