Description

ZVM Unani Medical College & Hospital was estabalished in 1984 and it is affiliated to Pune University, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. The college is approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. The institute is spread over 4 buildings including Hospital in peaceful, serene surroundings with fully trained, experienced and dedicated staff. The college provides professional education to the minority community & thus improve the quality of education. The college provides good infrastructure facilities such as Library, Conference hall, Class rooms, Seminar hall, Medicinal plant garden, Sports, Hostel accommodation. The college offers the undergraduate programme in Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (BUMS) and Post Graduate (MD).

  • BUMS

    Eligibility: The candidate must have cleared in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He or she should have also Urdu subject at either in senior secondary or higher secondary certificate level.

    Admission Procedure: To get admission in this course, the aspirants need to appear in the Common Entrance Test.
     

  • MD

    Eligibility: The aspirant must have hold Bachelor's degree or Diploma in the relevant subject, with at least 60% of marks, from any recognized University.

    Admission Procedure: The selection of the candidate is based on the merit list determined by the marks obtained in the Competitive written test.
