Presently we have young researchers recruited through campus working in coal and iron ore area. The main purpose of the job is to lead R&D projects in both areas along with young researchers.
Theoretical investigation and evaluation as well as experimental projects dealing with practical application of beneficiation techniques.
Conduct research activity in the area of coal and iron ore beneficiation which leads to development of new processes/ technology and results in significant improvement in the existing processes in terms of throughput, yield, quality and also to contribute in developing new beneficiation plant.
Research activity in the area of coal and iron ore beneficiation which includes all forms of physical beneficiation, dewatering techniques from lab to pilot scale and also to implement it in the plant.
Evaluation of new resources and suggest the possible beneficiation routes.
Application of beneficiation knowledge in improving the beneficiation plant performance with respect to yield and quality.
Suggests techniques for utilization of beneficiation plant rejects.
Expertise development in the area of beneficiation, low grade iron ore beneficiation, plant implementation of R&D projects, effective utilization of rejects. Develop new coal beneficiation techniques.
Conduct innovative research/development novel designs/process which will lead to patent and copyright
Conduct innovative research/development novel designs/process which will lead to publication in international journalsCompliance to the safety requirements for the job.

Represent the company as well as country in different international committee related to raw materials and coal beneficiation.
