Review, draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements and contracts like concession agreements, MoU's, share holder’s agreements.
Responsible for guiding the project team on legal matters of on-going projects.
Handle any in-house legalities preparation and review of term sheets.
Studying the bid documents and identifying the potential risk areas.
Ensure the corporation complies with internal and external legal regulations.
Managing and mitigating the legal risks associated with various documents and transactions.
Drafting replies to show cause notices, prosecution notices, writ petitions, written statements etc.
Drafting agreements, contracts, business arrangements letters etc.
Interacting with cross-functional teams and external agencies/associations.
Ability to impact and influence upwards.
Arbitration and dispute resolution experience, especially land and tenancy disputes.
Ability to liaise with external counsel on any litigation and proceedings with government authorities.
Responsible for preparing and finalizing joint venture agreements with prospective joint venture partners.
Experience:- 12-15 yrs
Salary Band:- 12-16 Lakhs
Reporting to Director (Roads)
Business Competencies:- Handling corporate legalities, Understanding of law of contract
Core Competencies:- Broad knowledge on property law issues
Functional Competencies:- Ability to read and access risks in Contracts
